Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your jewelry, you MUST return the item in its original, unused condition and packaging (including attached tags) within 10 days of receipt. Item must be sent via a major carrier using a trackable method and with insurance, and the jewelry must be packed in the same manner in which it was shipped to you. (Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges when returning any item.)
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. JaLa Designs, LLC is not responsible for return items that are lost in transit. Additionally, items damaged due to poor packaging by the customer will be deemed ineligible for a refund.
Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.
Custom Orders and Bridal Collection orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Repairs:
We inspect every piece of jewelry for quality and excellence before it leaves our hands.
Slight imperfections of size and color of stones as well as variations in fabric swatches used are a part of our designs. Please expect some variations.
All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned within the first 30 days from purchase date for complimentary repair. We will return the jewelry at our expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company.
After 30 days, repairs will be subject to a minor charge. Please email rachel@jala-designs.com or call 404.252.5706 to discuss the nature of the repair.
